STANDARD DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders of postcards the following charges apply:
£0.25 - £2.50 - £1.50 p&p charge
£2.51 - £7.50 - £2.00 p&p charge
£7.51 - £29.99 - £2.95 p&p charge
£30.00 - £149.99 - £3.50 p&p charge
£150.00 and up - £4.95 p&p charge
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days whenever possible, busy periods, eg. Christmas, may take longer. You may contact us on 01206 766422 or by email to email@example.com at any time if you would like to check on the dispatch of your order.
In some cases there may be a delay in releasing your order, for example if we are due to receive a delivery containing an item that you have ordered. We will wait up to 3 days so that we may complete your order.
Out of stock items that cannot be fulfilled are refunded immediately, either back onto your credit card or via PayPal, and are not back ordered.
Deliveries are not processed at weekends, so any orders sent after midday Friday or over the weekend will not be received by us until Monday morning.
If there is a query or problem with your order we will try to contact you by email, please ensure that our email address is added to your contacts list and does not end up in your Junk Mail. Your order will be on hold until the matter is resolved.
The Craft Spot is not responsible for any late delivery due to the delivery company's service or the inability to complete the delivery if no one is present at the given address to receive the parcel.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning. We must be informed of damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.
We are happy to accept return of unwanted goods in their original packaging if they have not been opened or used and the packaging is not damaged.
For unwanted items or those ordered in error by yourself, we ask that you pay the return postage and a £3 administration fee to cover any charges incurred through debit/credit card transaction fees and delivery. By returning an unwanted item you agree to a refund of the purchase price of the goods less the deduction of the £3.00 charge. All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you at your cost or made available for you to collect. We will contact you should this be the case.
Refunds will be administered through the original payment method.
The Craft Spot is not liable for any items returned but not received by ourselves, please always keep proof of postage.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
An order can be cancelled up to seven working days after receipt of the delivery of goods and a credit or refund can be issued less any applicable delivery costs.
The customer is liable to any costs incured due to cancellation.
An order can also be cancelled and a refund requested if an order has not been delivered within 30 days. All sales are final and we do not supply goods on a trial or sale or return basis.
